Frequently asked questions

How do I learn to freedive?

We offer a wide range of courses that help you to learn freediving safely. We will support you to progress through from beginner right through to advanced. Why not try one of our taster sessions?

How long does it take to get certified?

This varies from person to person and how quickly you progess. We would say on average it takes 2 years to complete all courses.

How much does each course cost?

Each course has a different price level. Basic beginner level starts at £100. Get in touch for more accurate pricing.

What equipment do I need to freedive?

We provide all necessary equipment.

Do I have to be a good swimmer to freedive?

We recommend for beginner level that you should be able to swim at least 100m non stop

Can under 18s complete the course?

Yes we teach age 10 upward if accompanied by an adult.
