About Us

Inspire Freediving

Inspire Freediving is a friendly, independent freediving club & school based in the heart of Yorkshire, UK.

Founded by Anita Jasso – AIDA international instructor and competitive freediver.

We are dedicated to sharing the mental and physical benefits of freediving.

Our aim is to grow the sport in Yorkshire and provide the opportunity for individuals to train and develop.

​We have weekly pool training sessions where you can meet other likeminded members; social events, open water training days and trips both in the UK and abroad.
